Cancellation regulations

Unfortunately, it happens more often than we think and a booked stay has to be cancelled or interrupted early.

The right of rescission according to § 11, par. 1 FAAG shall not apply, but the General Terms & Conditions for Hotels (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen) § 5 of AGBH 2006, concerning cancellations apply: Cancellations

3 months until 1 month prior to arrival40% of total booking price
1 month until 1 week prior to arrival70% of total booking price
in the last week prior to arrival 90% of total booking price
for early departure   100% of total booking price

These are unnecessary costs and a lot of trouble that we would like to spare you. Therefore, we recommend you to take care of cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue service), by contracting a Hotelstorno Plus (travel cancellation insurance plus) or the more comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium (including accidents).
We reccommend a travel insurance.

- governmental closedown of the hotel or the valley
- the borders to Austria are closed and no entry is not possible
